When the reversing valve spool is changed back to the middle position to make the hydraulic motor stop rotating, the oil in the brake cylinder has a rod cavity to return oil through the one-way valve of the throttle valve, which makes the hydraulic motor brake quickly and the weight stop falling quickly.
When the reversing valve spool is changed to the right position and the weight rises, the pressure oil flows slowly into the bar cavity of the brake cylinder after passing through the throttle valve of the throttle valve, which makes the brake cylinder loosen slowly, so as to avoid the sliding of the weight in the gantry crane of the flower-frame due to its weight.
