Product Description

 

Promotion 300T Truss Type Girder Erect Overhead Beam Launcher Machine is used for erecting concrete box girders for high speed (250km, 350km) passenger railway lines. This machine is suitable for equal span girders or different span girders which can be 20m, 24m and 32m, 50m. The rear part has two supports. One of the supports is "C" shape column with rotary and foldable technology. The "C" shape column technology saved the traverse space during traveling and which enables to travel through tunnels with the girder transfer vehicle.

Safety Measures

  • The bridge crane is a special equipment for lifting large bridges. The lifting operation must be clearly divided, unified command, and set up full-time commander, full-time operator, full-time electrician and full-time safety inspector. Participants should be briefed on safety and technology before construction, and strict construction organization and preventive measures must be taken to ensure construction safety. After entering the site, the bridge erecting machine must go through the combined inspection, test lifting by the Ministry of Safety, and go through the acceptance certificate of the relevant departments before it can be put into use.
  • The horizontal running track of the front and middle outriggers must be laid horizontally, and the spacing must be strictly controlled. The two tracks are parallel. The vertical positioning of the bridge erecting machine must strictly control the position size to ensure the smooth installation of the precast concrete beam.
  • When the main beam of the bridge erecting machine moves forward with no load, the longitudinal slope should be adjusted <3%. If it is not met, the track should be adjusted to this requirement. When the bridge is installed with vertical and vertical slopes, the longitudinal displacement of the bridge erecting machine must have measures to prevent taxiing, and wedge irons must be used as protection at the traveling wheels of the beam-carrying flat car.
  • All preparations for vertical movement of the bridge erecting machine must be done in one place, and no stoppage is allowed.
  • When the bridge crane carries the box girder longitudinally, the front legs should be tightened with the traverse rail. Before the bridge erecting machine works, the height of the front and middle outriggers should be adjusted so that the longitudinal slope of the main beam of the bridge erecting machine is <1%.
  • After the front legs of the bridge crane are supported, sleepers or homemade steel beams should be used to protect between the support frame and the walking box. Under the moving beam of the bridge erecting machine, the sleepers must be laid in accordance with the "well" under the crossbeam to ensure that the support pads below the beam are stable, dense and firm, and do not vacate. Due to the unevenness of the cross slope, wedge adjustment is used.
  • Strictly check the track spacing of the vertical and horizontal transport beams. It is necessary to ensure that the track spacing is uniform and fixed.
  • It is strictly prohibited to carry out the lifting operation of the crane and walking with the beam. After the lifting is completed, the box beam must be stabilized, and then the traveling mechanism of the crane is started to move the crane with the box beam forward smoothly, and the moving speed should be slow.
  • During the construction of the bridge erecting machine, the safety operation regulations of the bridge erecting machine must be strictly adhered to, and the procedures must not be simplified. All scattered constructions need to be tied tightly.
  • During the construction of bridge girder and vias, there must be safety precautions under the bridge surface. Special persons are assigned to look after and set warning signs, etc. It is strictly prohibited for pedestrians and vehicles to pass under the bridge.
  • In the process of erection of the side beam, the bridge erecting machine must be especially careful. Lifting must be stable and the falling beam must be accurate. The bridge erecting machine must not go out of the suspended track.
  • After each hole, carefully check the distance between the two traverse rails of the bridge crane to ensure the same distance and fix the rails firmly.
