600 Ton Railway Bridge Erection Beam Launcher for Lifting Girder

 

Product Description

 

Launcher crane is used for erecting concrete box girders for high speed (250km, 350km) passenger railway lines. This machine is suitable for equal span girders or different span girders which can be 20m, 24m and 32m, 50m. The rear part has two supports. One of the supports is "C" shape column with rotary and foldable technology. The "C" shape column technology saved the traverse space during traveling and which enables to travel through tunnels with the girder transfer vehicle.

 

 

Safety Measures

  • Bridge crane is a special equipment for large bridge lifting. Promotion operations need to be clear, unified command, full-time commander and full-time combatant. These cranes have a large number of full-time electricians and full-time security inspectors. Before construction, participants should disclose safety technology and have strict construction organization and preventive measures to ensure construction safety. After entering the site, the bridging machine must pass the combined acceptance of the security department, test and hoist, and pass the acceptance certificate of the relevant department before it can be put into use.
  • When the main beam of the bridge machine moves forward in the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal slope should be adjusted to <3%. If you are not satisfied, you should adjust the track to this requirement. When installing bridges with vertical and vertical slopes, the longitudinal displacement of the bridge machine shall have anti-slip measures, and the wedge beam shall be protected by the traveling wheels of the moving beam.
  • The longitudinal movement of the bridge crane must do all the preparations. It is required to be in place once, and parking in the middle is not allowed.
  • The front and middle legs of the lateral trajectory need to be flat, the spacing is strictly controlled, the two tracks are parallel. The longitudinal position of the bridge crane must be strictly controlled to ensure that the precast concrete beam is installed in place.
  • When the bridge crane carries the box girder longitudinally, the front legs should be fastened with transverse guide rails. Before the bridge crane works, the height of the front and middle legs should be adjusted so that the longitudinal slope of the bridge's main beam is <1%.
  • At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to lift the crane to lift and carry the beam to walk. After the lifting is completed, the box beam must be stabilized, and then the crane's travel mechanism is started to make the crane with the box beam move forward smoothly and the moving speed is slow.
  • During the construction of the bridge boring machine, the safe operating procedures of the bridge rig should be strictly observed, the process should not be simplified, and all scattered construction needs to be bundled.
  • After supporting the front legs of the bridging machine, sleepers or homemade steel beams are used for protection between the support frame and the walking box. Under the beam of the bridge erecting machine, sleepers must be erected according to the "well" frame to ensure that the support under the beam is stable, compact, and not empty, and wooden wedges are used for uneven slopes.
  • Strictly check the track spacing between the longitudinal beams and cross beams to ensure that the track spacing is uniform.
  • During the construction of bridge frame beams and through-holes, there must be safety precautions under the bridge deck, and special persons should be assigned to protect and set warning signs.
