10Ton Capacity LH Type Electric Overhead Crane With Hoist Trolley is a bridge crane with solid electric hoist (seat type or hanging type) as the lifting mechanism (main hook and auxiliary hook), which is installed on the trolley. This series of products has two varieties of ground control and cab control, 144 specifications.

10Ton Capacity LH Type Electric Overhead Crane With Hoist Trolley is simple in structure, light in weight, and cheap in price. It is mainly used for general lifting, loading and unloading operations in machinery manufacturing workshops, warehouses, assembly, and maintenance of hydraulic drills. The industrial environment temperature of this product is -25 ～ 40 ℃. It is not suitable for mediums with explosion or fire hazards and where the relative temperature is greater than 85% and is full of corrosive gases. It is also not suitable for lifting molten metals and toxic, flammable and explosive materials.

Structural characteristics and working principle

This series of products consists of four main parts: bridge frame, trolley, trolley operation and electrical. Use fixed wire rope or chain electric hoist as the lifting mechanism. The crane assembly test should meet the requirements of JB / T3695-2008 "Electric Hoist Double Beam Bridge Crane". When installing the crane, it must be installed according to the provisions of the drawings.

When the crane is disassembled for transportation and product installation, the connection of the end beam must be disassembled and assembled according to the drawings.

• The bridge frame is composed of main beam, end beam, walking platform, conductive frame, cart conductive wire stop frame, railing and other components.
• This series adopts a four-beam structure, the main beam and the end beam are connected by bolts, a non-conductive side is provided with a long walking platform, and the trolley is fed by a flexible flat cable power supply system. In order to prevent the trolley from traveling to the limit position, the spreader or the steel wire rope collides with the power supply sliding line, and a wire stop is provided between the two main beams of the bridge frame near the power supply.
• The hoisting mechanism on this series of trolleys adopts wire rope electric hoist, and the trolley operating mechanism adopts three-in-one drive.
• The small frame uses longitudinal beams and transverse beams that are made of H-shaped steel welding, and the beams are connected by welding.
• The operating mechanism of the cart is driven separately and adopts the three-in-one reduction motor series.

Electrical system

10Ton Capacity LH Type Electric Overhead Crane With Hoist Trolley adopts frequency converter for speed regulation, and the electrical appliances adopt Schneider brand. The operation of each crane mechanism is controlled by a remote control or by a ground control button box. The remote control or ground control button box cooperates with the electric control equipment to realize the starting, speed regulation and reversing braking of the motors of each mechanism. The electronic control system ensures that the main controller or ground control button box of the operation mechanism of the cart is operated from slow to fast or directly to high speed, which makes the running motor transition from slow start to smooth operation. When the master controller is operated to control the running motor from fast to stop or reverse starting, the electronic control system ensures that the running motor transitions from fast to smooth to slow speed, and then stops running. Thereby improving the operating performance and operating indicators of the crane, reducing the number of start-ups of electrical equipment, and improving the electrical life and reliability of the crane.

Conditions of use

The voltage of the main circuit and control circuit of the crane electrical system controlled by the cab are ~ 380V, 48V 50HZ.

The ground control crane electrical system main circuit and control circuit voltage are ~ 380V, 48V 50HZ.

Working conditions of electronic control equipment:

(1) Below 2000 meters above sea level;

(2) The ambient air temperature is not higher than + 40 ℃ and not lower than -25 ℃;

(3) The fluctuation of the power grid is within ± 10%;

(4) The relative humidity does not exceed 85%;

(5) Where there is rain, snow and no water vapor.

Electrical equipment
